Lead
Lead appropriate change by using effective collaborative, communication and organizational skills.
The artifacts that best showcase my mastery of this outcome resulted from my work as Education Co-Chair with a regional archives association (Kansas City Area Archivists). I collaborated with my fellow Co-Chair (another SLIM student, Kate Rogge) to plan, coordinate, and put on an educational symposium about collaborative digital projects in the region, entitled “Common Ground: Collaboration in the Heartland.”
The artifacts include the flyer that Kate Rogge and I created to promote the symposium, as well as my synopsis of the event (including pictures) that I wrote for the KCAA newsletter, “The Dusty Shelf.”
